Refund policy
At [buyandglow], customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
