Refund policy

At [buyandglow], customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
